Commercial register

Beyond Sports GmbH is currently being formed („GmbH i.Gr."). Registration in the commercial register will take place after notarial certification of the articles of association and filing with the competent register court. Once registration is complete, this legal notice will be supplemented with the commercial register number and the register court.

Until registration, every person acting on behalf of Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.) is personally liable pursuant to Section 11 (2) GmbHG.

VAT

A VAT identification number pursuant to Section 27a UStG will be applied for with the Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern) after the company has been registered and will be added here.

Information on insurance mediation

Status

Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.) acts as a tied insurance intermediary pursuant to Section 34d (7) no. 1 GewO under the licence and unlimited liability of Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH (licence pursuant to Section 34d (1) GewO). Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH assumes unlimited liability for the mediation activity of Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.); the professional indemnity cover of Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH also extends to the activity of Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.). Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.) does not hold its own licence pursuant to Section 34d GewO. The internal relationship is governed by the service agreement concluded between the parties (a commercial agency agreement within the meaning of Sections 84, 92 HGB).

Note on online dispute resolution

The EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumer complaints can instead be submitted via the Versicherungsombudsmann named above.

Professional indemnity insurance

Professional indemnity insurance for the mediation activity is held through the licence holder Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH. Scope: Germany and the European Economic Area.

Insurer: Allianz Versicherungs-AG
Sum insured: at least the statutory minimum amounts applicable under Section 12 VersVermV (currently EUR 1,564,610 per claim and EUR 2,315,610 for all claims in a single year); the coverage actually agreed may be higher.

Basis of advice

Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.) advises within the scope of the insurer portfolio of the licence holder Milkereit & Co. Assekuranzmakler GmbH. A complete market overview within the meaning of Section 60 (1) VVG is not assured. On request, Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.) will disclose the respective underlying insurer and the remuneration structure.

Complaints

Complaints can be submitted informally to the email address given above or to the competent supervisory IHK. Beyond Sports GmbH (i.Gr.) confirms receipt of a complaint within five working days and responds on the substance within three weeks.
